7/11/2005 St Paul, MN-- Mississippi Riverbank cleanup day was host to volunteers as well as staff of the Minnesota Conservation and DNR offices. Crews set out hunting trash and garbage of which some will become a sculpture and exhibit put together by artist Paul Byer, he said he hit 'pay dirt' with an old oil tank that took six people to carry out. The groups gathered old cans, a hypadermic needle, large and small tires as well as just plain trash.
