The photo taken on July 18, 2010 shows a firefighter after Chinese firemen extinguished a blaze at a port in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning province . Dozens of oil-skimming vessels were working to remove the slick off the port city of Dalian following a weekend pipeline explosion and fire, which spilled an estimated 1,500 tonnes of crude into the Yello Sea. The oil slick had stretched over at least 183 square kilometres of ocean. CHINA OUT AFP PHOTO (Photo by AFP) (Photo by STR/AFP via Getty Images)
