Freshman Indiana Congresswoman Victoria Spartz says in House floor debate on the Equality Act to reform federal LGBTQ nondiscrimination law that language of the bill would have unintended consequences to be taken advantage of by criminals or sexual predators, the safety of women in prisons in juvenile detention detention facilities and domestic violence shelters will be put at risk, science clear that men were biologically stronger than women, a Duke University study specialists in sports and medicine noting biological males and females were materially different, further that the women sport policy working group of gender female athletes and academics had stated that even with height, size and weight were equal, men were incrementally stronger and generated more explosive force so that if males and females are forced to compete against each other the physical safety of females was at risk.
