Senator Hatch attacks Obama view of Supreme Court jurisprudence
Utah Senator Orrin Hatch says he is not surprised Democrats would use a fictional Constitution to pursue a political goal since their judges do the same, that since President Barack Obama had been in the Senate he believed that judges should decide based on empathy and a vision of how the world works, posing my gosh that any philosopher could be a Supreme Court justice to change its meeting on cultural understanding and evolving social norms, to give me a break.
